How You'll Make an Impact ? Manage and maintain the inventory of tools and equipment across wind farms in LATAM, ensuring availability and alignment with contractual requirements. ? Analyze resource needs and support long-term planning activities to improve operational efficiency and campaign execution. ? Develop and maintain a management system to monitor tool status, utilization, condition, progress, and associated costs across the region. ? Prepare and control budgets related to tools and equipment, ensuring cost-effective allocation and utilization. ? Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Service Providers to identify operational needs and provide timely support. ? Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tool management, planning processes, and resource optimization. What You Bring ? Strong technical knowledge of wind turbine generators (WTGs), tools, and related equipment. ? Experience in resource planning, asset management, or maintenance operations within the wind energy industry. ? Good understanding of project management principles and planning processes. ? Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams, functions, and geographical locations. ? Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. ? Analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and drive operational improvements.
