How You?ll Make an Impact ? Act as the technical anchor for regional GT Sales, enabling Front-End Sales to confidently position and bid Digital Grid solutions using standardized, scalable offerings with minimal reliance on central execution units. ? Accelerate lead conversion by providing first-level technical support and continuously developing regional proposal templates and reusable content that ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality responses. ? Empower new sales talents by delivering targeted onboarding, mentoring junior technical experts, and fostering a collaborative learning culture across the sales organization. ? Bring strategic value by analyzing regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform portfolio development and sharpen go-to-market strategies. ? Drive portfolio scalability by maintaining a modular, templated Digital Grid offering that supports efficient regional deployment while ensuring technical consistency and compliance. What You Bring ? Bachelor?s degree (equivalent or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Technology, or a related technical field. ? A strong technical background in power systems, grid automation, or digital grid technologies, ideally combined with experience in sales or customer-facing roles. ? More than 5 years experience in power system engineering, grid planning, or digital grid solution development, ideally within a utility, TSO/ISO, or technology provider environment. ? Proven ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, standardized technical solutions and proposal content. ? Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and funnel management, with a keen eye for data quality and forecasting. ? Experience in developing and maintaining technical sales assets such as templates, reference architectures, and proposal standards. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support and enable Front-End Sales teams across regions.
