DESCRIPCIÓN

How You?ll Make an Impact ? Develop and prepare time-critical and budgetary technical-commercial proposals for GT Substation projects and services. ? Utilize and maintain the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) system within Salesforce for accurate quoting and opportunity management. ? Analyze customer technical specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure proposals are compliant and competitive. ? Review product designs and service offerings to define implementation strategies and scopes of work for inclusion in proposals. ? Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and Field Service teams to gather accurate inputs for proposals. ? Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project hand-over and execution. ? Identify cost-effective solutions and value-engineering opportunities to enhance proposal competitiveness and profitability. ? Support the regional sales team by providing deep technical expertise on GT Substation products and solutions during customer interactions. ? Develop and manage technical product and service bulletins for the substations portfolio. ? Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to substation technologies, pricing, and project execution models. What You Bring ? Bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, sales support, proposal management, or product management within the energy or power transmission sector. ? Knowledge in Grid Technology (GT) Substation Products & Applications and High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) equipment in the energy sector ? Knowledge in interpersonal & Commercial Skills, technical sales, customer Relationship Management, negotiation and stakeholder Management
