Coordinating with the internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, Commercial Sales leadership, Index Data Services, Finance, Legal, and Strategy & Operations, to assess and define the project scope. Developing a project plan and roadmap that prioritizes work to be completed, assigning tasks to stakeholders, defining resources and constraints, and establishing timelines. Creating a comprehensive list of use cases requiring harmonization and writing or assisting stakeholders in writing use cases. Planning and executing formal project meetings efficiently and providing continual updates on progress to stakeholders. Managing different initiatives in parallel, being able to stay on top of all initiatives. Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to senior stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Analyze current processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical and non-technical teams.
