· 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience · SQL knowledge to understand underlying data from application and conduct data quality verifications related to issues or data maintenance required · Scripting skills (Python, Powershell, shell scription) · Experience with Linux to be able to diagnose issues from logs · Experience with ITIL platforms: Incident, problem and change management · Experience with Documentation and tracking tools such as Confluence and JIRA · Knowledge of Credit Risk and Market Risk to interact with business users and understand requirements · Good communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff · Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work streams and able to work under pressure · Continuous learning orientation to get familiar enough with standard and customized applications · Preferred: Knowledge on Service Now to manage incidents and change requests · Preferred: Knowledge of CI / CDs · Preferred: Experience with application deployments
